Position Overview

We seek a highly experienced and proactive Senior Producer to lead our remote team of programmers, artists, and designers in creating cutting-edge VR education and training applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the gaming or simulation industries, with specific experience in VR and AI technologies.
Responsibilities

Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple VR education and training projects, from concept through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards
Collaborate with senior-level programmers, 3D artists, and designers to ensure a cohesive and innovative approach to VR education and training
Manage and mentor a team of producers and associate producers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution
Establish and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, adjusting as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow across all disciplines
Work closely with stakeholders, clients, and end-users to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project plans
Ensure all project documentation is maintained to a high standard and is accessible to all team members
Conduct regular project reviews, identifying risks and opportunities and implementing strategies to mitigate issues and leverage strengths
Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on gaming, simulation, or related industries
Proven experience managing teams of programmers, artists, and designers in the creation of VR applications
Strong knowledge of VR and AI technologies, with a thorough understanding of the development process
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven track record of managing complex projects to successful completion
Experience in education or training software development is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
A passion for VR and a commitment to creating high-quality educational and training experiences
