We want YOU to be the newest member of Ambush.

The Ambush, members of USL2 and the MASL, are seeking a Public Address Announcer for all Ambush games.
Here’s what we’re looking for:

Responsibilities

Serve as the PA Announcer for all St. Louis Ambush home games and any applicable postseason home games.

Announce starting lineups, player introductions, goals, penalties, substitutions, and other in-game action.

Follow the provided game-day script accurately, including announcements, sponsor reads, promotional messaging, and other scheduled content.

Coordinate with the game-day operations and production teams to follow timing, cues, and instructions throughout each game.

Maintain an energetic, professional, and engaging presence while delivering clear and accurate announcements.

Adapt to the fast-paced environment of live sporting events while maintaining the structure and timing of the game-day script.

Arrive on time and be fully prepared for every assigned game.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication, public speaking, and vocal delivery skills.

Ability to read, understand, and follow a game‑day script, including delivering announcements at the appropriate times and following production cues.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver scripted content accurately and consistently.

Dependability and availability for every home game and any applicable postseason home games.

Ability to think quickly and adapt to live‑game situations while following established procedures.

Previous experience in sports announcing, broadcasting, public speaking, or live event hosting is preferred but not required.

Salary: $25-$100 per game
Anticipated Start Date: November 17, 2026
