Senior Director, Paid Media & MarTech

The Shield Co. Management, LLC, doing business as EcoShield Pest Solutions, seeks a Director of Paid Marketing & MarTech in Salt Lake City.
You will own paid media strategy, execution, and the P&L across channels, driving revenue through optimized CAC and ROAS while shaping the marketing technology stack and analytics framework. You will hire and lead the paid media and lifecycle teams, manage agency relationships, and partner with the CMO and analytics leaders to scale a high-impact program.
