Brand And Integrated Marketing At Pepper

The company launched through a Kickstarter campaign in 2017 and has grown to eight-figure revenue and a global community of millions.

The company connects inclusive design with responsible manufacturing and community giving. Its remote workplace uses flexible, trust-based work, while the brand team maintains a shared standard across the customer experience. The role sits in a business that has not taken traditional venture-capital funding.

Campaign Planning Across Channels

The manager owns the integrated marketing calendar and go-to-market plans. Product launches, seasonal campaigns, business priorities, and cultural moments move through coordinated timelines with defined deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.

Campaign execution crosses the customer channels that shape awareness, consideration, and conversion. Core work includes:

  • Using surveys, reviews, research, and qualitative feedback to develop customer insights.

The manager also works with Growth and Analytics on launch recaps and recommendations. The position includes mentoring junior team members and building repeatable brand-marketing processes.

The role requires working knowledge of creator, influencer, affiliate, and social ecosystems.

Candidates also need agency or external-partner management experience, strong project organization, clear written and verbal communication, strategic planning ability, presentation skills, and hands‑on execution judgment.

Residence in the Tri-State area with the ability to reach the New York City office one or two times monthly.

Experience across at least several paid, owned, earned, social, creator, influencer, affiliate, or experiential channels.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, ambiguity, and changing priorities.
