Job Description:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Education and Events teams.

Create and track purchase orders (POs), following applicable approval processes.

Place and monitor product orders for education programs and events.

Coordinate the gratis program, including requests, tracking, and distribution.

Support planning and logistics for in-store activations, seminars, and events.

Help coordinate schedules, materials, shipping, vendor communication, and on-site needs as required.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, visual merchandising, or a related role, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
