Communications Team Lead

Accessible Community is looking for a Communications Team Lead to lead our Communications team and help us spread the word about the services and content Accessible Community provides to make communities more accessible to people with disabilities. We are looking for someone with experience in communications who can volunteer about 4 hours a week to lead our team of communications volunteers and help manage our communications strategy and outreach. Our communications lead would attend a weekly management meeting and at least one additional meeting with the team working on social media content.
The ideal person will be creative, detail-oriented and able to effectively manage a small team of volunteers. Experience with various social media platforms is a plus.
Accessible Community is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that provides tools, resources and an online community to bring together accessibility experts, volunteers, businesses, organizational and community leaders, and individuals with disabilities to create a more inclusive world.
