In-House Creative Director, Visual Storytelling

Abbott is seeking a Creative Director to lead our internal visual storytelling team across video, motion graphics, and photography. You will set the creative standard, direct major productions, and build processes that deliver agency-level work at internal speed.
You will mentor a growing team, shape platform-native storytelling, and partner with social and digital teams to ensure stories resonate on every channel.
