Ramp is seeking a front-line manager to lead a group of 6-8 Account Managers responsible for hunting, pitching, and expanding Ramp's customer base. You will embed with key customers, own quota performance, and build scalable playbooks and coaching systems.
This role focuses on high-growth, data-driven GTM in a fast-paced AI/SaaS environment. You will hire and develop AMs, run daily 1:1s, and collaborate across Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
