Growth Lead, Retention & Loyalty (DTC)

Dr. Squatch is seeking an Associate Director of Retention & Loyalty to lead the health and growth of our direct-to-consumer customer base.
You will own subscription, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing as integrated levers to boost retention, LTV, and long-term revenue. You will be a strategic, analytically-driven leader, reporting to the Chief Digital Officer and managing a team of five across lifecycle, subscription, and loyalty functions in a hybrid role based in Marina Del Rey, CA.
