Our Team
The Marketing department brings together Brand, Communications, and Creative teams to drive brand equity, awareness, and relevance through collaborative, cross-functional work.

Role Summary
This role is for a strategic, hands-on brand marketing leader who can help translate long-term brand ambition into clear direction, compelling storytelling, measurable campaigns, and strong cross-functional execution. It is a special opportunity to join PrimaLoft at an exciting inflection point, as the brand continues to build deeper meaning with consumers and expand its relevance beyond product performance into the experiences, values, and moments that matter to them.

The Brand Director is a senior marketing leader responsible for helping shape and execute PrimaLoft’s brand strategy. As PrimaLoft continues to evolve toward a more consumer-facing model, this role serves as both brand steward and change leader — helping ensure consistency while thoughtfully advancing how the brand shows up across voice, visual identity, storytelling, campaigns, partnerships, and experiences.

Working closely with the Senior Vice President of Marketing, the Director helps set brand strategy, creative direction, and priorities, then translates them into action across teams, channels, and consumer-facing moments.

Success comes through strategy, influence, a strong perspective, collaborative leadership, candor and the ability to have fun while doing the work.

This is an ideal role for a brand leader who enjoys building through collaboration, shaping work from strategy through execution, and operating with ownership in a swiftly moving environment.
