Enterprise AEO Marketing Director: Remote & P&L Lead

Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Group AEO Marketing Director to oversee a $3–4M portfolio of enterprise B2B tech and SaaS clients.
You will own strategy, client relationships, and portfolio growth, leading a team including 3–6 AEO Marketing Directors and an AEO Program Director, with responsibility for retention and margin. You will lead strategic roadmaps, anchor client relationships, and hire/build the client teams needed to scale engagements, drive new business, and expand into new channels
