We’re hiring a Federal Sales Account Manager to sell video streaming and encoding solutions into defense and federal markets.
Must-Haves
5+ years of federal or defense technical sales
Relationships with federal agencies, defense primes, or integrators
Government contracting and complex sales cycles
Pipeline building and closing record
Able to travel 30 to 40%
What You’ll Do
Sell video encoders and IP video distribution to federal customers
Target ISR, military vehicle, and airborne programs
Lead customer demos and product evaluations
Manage federal sales pipeline in Salesforce
Attend defense trade shows and conferences

Video encoding or streaming technology experience
Compensation and Benefits
$120,000 to $140,000 base salary
Variable comp of 25 to 35% of base; about $200,000 OTE
Fully remote
