Performance-Driven Paid Media Optimization Lead

Corgi Insurance Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Optimization Specialist to own and optimize the company’s paid advertising engine. You will drive the full ad cycle from Create to Scale, across Meta, Google, YouTube and other channels, with a focus on cost per lead and acquisition growth.
This hands-on role requires you to design ads, run experiments, and iterate rapidly based on performance data to maximize results and improve overall campaign efficiency.
