Thisisafield-basedRegionalSalesManagerrole.Youwillownyourterritoryendtoend - fromprospectingandqualifyingnewdealers,throughtorunningstructureddiscoverymeetings,buildingjointdemandplans,executingtheAttach2onboardingsequence,andmanagingongoingdealerrelationshipstogrowrevenue.
ThisroleisNOTforsomeonewhowantstodothingstheirownway.Wehaveadefinedsalesprocess,astructuredplaybook,anda10-stagescorecardsystem.Weexpectittobefollowedwithdiscipline.Youwillbecoachedagainstit.Yourpipelinewillbereviewedagainstit.Yourresultswillbemeasuredagainstit.
