Project Manager/Product Marketing Strategist

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Product Manager / Product Marketing Strategist to work directly with the Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer at a leading financial institution. This role will help drive key growth, transformation, and marketing initiatives by translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensuring projects move forward efficiently, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage strategic projects from planning through execution and completion. Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business, marketing, and technology initiatives. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, status reports, and executive presentations. Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and communicate milestones and updates to stakeholders. Coordinate resources, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Track project portfolio performance, identify dependencies, and support resource allocation. Translate business requirements into actionable solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Support process improvements and promote consistency, accountability, and efficiency across projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field required; graduate degree preferred. 3-5 years of progressive project management or PMO experience with a proven track record of delivery. Banking or financial services experience preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Visio. Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
