Job: A/V Support Technician/Audio Visual Support Engineer/Unified Communications Support Technician/Conference Room Technology Specialist/ Audio Video Systems Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain conference room audio/video and video conferencing systems.
Perform A/V system health checks and troubleshooting.
Handle support tickets and escalate issues when required.
Assist with A/V installations, upgrades, and vendor coordination.
Manage and track A/V inventory.
Required Skills
Video conferencing and A/V hardware support.
Cisco, Crestron, and Extron experience preferred.
Networking and security fundamentals.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
