Join JumpCloud as a Technical Writer and play a key role in enhancing our product and developer documentation. You will be part of a well-established technical writing team and will leverage cutting-edge AI documentation tools to optimize content creation. Your responsibilities will include managing documentation through GitHub, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the accuracy and user-friendliness of all technical content.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage documentation using GitHub and Markdown.
Integrate automated CI/CD pipelines for continuous publishing.
Author and maintain end-user documentation for IT admins.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Managers, and Designers.
Design in-app onboarding flows and announcements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4-7+ years of experience in technical writing.
Proficiency in GitHub, Markdown, and Static Site Generators.
Experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
Hands-on experience with in-app notification tools like Pendo.
Strong critical thinking and editorial judgment skills.
