Performance Marketing Manager / Senior Manager

The Vibrant Talent Group is recruiting for a leading national e-commerce company. With tens of thousands of designs and hundreds of new products launching every week, our client is building the authoritative digital destination in its market, and performance marketing drives that growth.

About the Role
Our client is growing its customer acquisition team and building out its performance marketing function. You will own and optimize acquisition channels, work closely with Creative, Merchandising, Finance, and Product, and have real influence on channel strategy, budgets, and the testing roadmap. Level and channel focus will be matched to your experience.

What You’ll Do

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, shopping, affiliate, and display

Drive profitable growth against ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rate

Run structured tests across bidding, audiences, creative, and landing pages

Manage agencies, platforms, and partners to clear performance goals

Build forecasts, dashboards, and reporting that turn data into recommendations for leadership

Align campaigns with merchandising, inventory, and promotional calendars

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of performance or growth marketing experience in e-commerce, retail, or DTC

Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Shopping, and Performance Max, or in Meta, Pinterest, and affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, Rakuten, or AWIN

Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel

Clear communicator and collaborative partner to internal teams and external partners

Nice to Have

Experience leading teams or agencies and managing large media budgets

Background in home furnishings, specialty retail, or omnichannel commerce

Knowledge of attribution, incrementality testing, and LTV measurement

Experience in a private equity-backed company

Compensation
$90K–$140K base salary, depending on level and experience. Hybrid schedule.
