Salary: $60,000-$70,000 per year (base)

The Los Angeles Knight Riders are growing their presence in Southern California with the development of the Knight Riders Cricket Ground. We’re looking for a hands‑on, proactive professional to work closely with our Business Head and drive key initiatives from planning through execution.

What You’ll Do

Support business operations and coordinate strategic projects

Run local marketing campaigns, fan engagement and ticketing initiatives

Deliver sponsorship activations and partner commitments

Build community engagement and grow the local cricket ecosystem

Contribute to the development of the Knight Riders Cricket Ground and special projects

Lead live events, match‑day operations and on‑ground execution

What We’re Looking For

2-5 years of experience in sports marketing, sports business, live events or a related field

Strong project management, communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership

Comfort working across functions and turning ideas into action

Flexibility to work across Los Angeles and Pomona, including evenings and weekends when required.

Candidates must hold a valid US work permit or authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred: Experience in the sports ecosystem. An interest in cricket and the Southern California community is a plus.
