Key Responsibilities

Define and evangelize a 3-year product roadmap for an AI-driven Ads Platform
Own the global advertiser lifecycle, including campaign management and performance reporting
Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of product excellence and rapid iteration

Required Qualifications

10+ years leading product organizations within large-scale ad platforms or enterprise SaaS
4+ years of experience managing and scaling teams of 10+ Product Managers
Proven ability to execute quickly in high-growth environments
Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in ad tech
Exceptional executive presence with strategic influence across cross-functional teams
