- Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention across digital channels.
- Design, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, SEO) with measurable KPIs.

- Experience: You have solid hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in a B2B tech environment.

- Cross-functional collaboration: You enjoy working closely with product, sales, and creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Agility and Innovation: You are comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment and bring a test-and-learn approach to your work.
