Onsite AI-Powered Customer Care Content Writer

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Content Writer to join the PSA Customer Care team. This role is fully onsite at our Santa Ana, CA headquarters, five days a week.
You will craft help articles, guides, and FAQs, working with product, support, and engineering to prepare content by launch and reduce knowledge gaps. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in technical writing or related fields, experience with Salesforce and Intercom/Fin, and a knack for translating complex processes
