Farmers Insurance is seeking a highly motivated Agency Producer to join our team and help us grow.
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for an individual with prior insurance experience who’s ready to take the next step — building advanced sales skills, strengthening client relationships, and positioning themselves for long-term growth within the Farmers Insurance network.
Responsibilities
Solicits and writes new businessMeets the production requirements and goals assigned by the agent or agency managerMaintains monthly sales record and provides a copy for review to the agent and/or operations managerDrive and Productivity: Able to bring about great results from ordinary circumstances; prepare for problems or opportunities in advance; undertake additional responsibilities and respond to situations as they arise without supervision.Innovation: Accept innovation and improvement recommendations.Communication: Acceptable verbal and written communication skills.Team Work: Accept feedback when offered and work well with others.ExperiencePossession of relevant insurance licenses or willingness to obtain them.Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targetsFamiliarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to interpret client data effectivelyKnowledge of insurance sales practices and benefits administration is highly desirableExperience in telemarketing or marketing strategies to generate leads and expand outreach effortsDemonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced settingsAbility to work independently while maintaining team collaboration standardsJoin us to empower clients with the right insurance solutions while advancing your professional journey!
