About the Role Our client is seeking an innovative and results-oriented Director of Marketing to lead their marketing strategies and initiatives in East London . This senior role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and achieve revenue growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across all channels, including digital, traditional, and social media.
Oversee brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning.
Lead market research and analysis to identify target audiences and competitive landscape.
Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Manage the marketing budget effectively and optimize ROI.
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Requirements Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a senior marketing leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and CRM.
Excellent leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Experience in brand development and market positioning.
Ability to manage budgets and measure campaign performance.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to East London , Eastern Cape .
