Remote Latinos is hiring: Senior Media Buyer in New York

At Remote Latinos, we are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Buyer to join our selection process for a U.S.-based performance marketing agency that helps car dealerships across the country win customers through social media. The ideal person goes past the dashboard: you care about what happens to every lead after the click, read the CRM conversations, and fix whatever is breaking the funnel without waiting to be asked.
Compensation: $1,500–$2,500 USD/month to start, plus performance bonuses once you complete your third month
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)
Location: 100% Remote – Latin America
What You'll Do

Campaign Management: Run and optimize Meta lead-generation campaigns for several dealership accounts in parallel.
Testing Culture: Partner with the design team to keep testing new creative angles, offers and audiences.
Journey Diagnosis: Track performance from ad to landing page, lead quality, booked appointments and closed sales.
Lead Follow-Through: Dig into CRM data and conversations to find where leads are being lost.
Page & Message Fit: Keep landing pages and messaging consistent with each campaign, editing them yourself in GoHighLevel.
Search Support: Set up and improve Google Search campaigns when an account needs them.
Reliable Delivery: Launch campaigns accurately and on time, and solve performance issues proactively.
Non-Negotiable Requirements

Experience: 4+ years of hands‑on lead generation inside a digital advertising agency.
Account Volume: Managing 15+ ad accounts at the same time for U.S. businesses.
U.S. Local Market: Recent local lead‑gen experience in the U.S., with a solid understanding of U.S. consumers and small local audiences.
Funnel Knowledge: Strong command of funnels, the customer journey, conversion tracking and CRM data.
Autonomy: Organized, deadline‑driven and comfortable running multiple accounts without constant supervision.
Google Search skills: keywords, search terms, negatives, bidding and basic lead‑gen setup
GoHighLevel (strong advantage)
Automotive experience (strong advantage), or home services, real estate, finance and other local lead‑gen industries
