Head of Social: Creator Storytelling & Growth

Substack is seeking a Head of Social to lead how we show up on external channels and drive discovery, creator growth, and cultural credibility. You’ll build a small social team, define platform strategies, and partner with editorial, partnerships, and product to amplify creator stories.
You will own social vision, measure impact, and align with Brand & Communications goals while guiding rapid response and product storytelling across platforms.
