My State Farm career began in 2003, and I transitioned into a leadership role in 2007 before returning to personal production and eventually opening my own agency. I'm a proud University of Missouri graduate, have been married for over 30 years, and am blessed with four children and four grandchildren.

I opened my agency in 2013 and currently lead a team of six. My State Farm career began in 2003, and I transitioned into a leadership role in 2007 before returning to personal production and eventually opening my own agency. I'm a proud University of Missouri graduate, have been married for over 30 years, and am blessed with four children and four grandchildren.

Community and family are incredibly important to me. I founded Life Community Church and have also spent time coaching youth sports, giving me opportunities to serve others and make a positive impact.

Role Description
As an Account Manager for Christopher Walls - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.

Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.

Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.

Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.

Leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
