A global language services and AI training data company is hiring podcast subject matter experts to work on its localization team. The role focuses on quality control of US English content, including AI-generated podcast-related copy, to make sure it is accurate, clear and relevant to American listeners. Strong writing skills and genuine interest in podcasts are central to the work.
Responsibilities

Review, edit and fact-check podcast-related editorial content against the client's style guidelines
Improve AI-generated US English source copy so it is clear, coherent and engaging
Research podcast formats, creators, genres and trends to confirm cultural and regional relevance for US audiences
Give clear, actionable feedback on written content and AI outputs
Keep quality and consistency across audio, video and digital content surfaces
Requirements

Proven copywriting or editing experience across podcast genres
Excellent grammar, punctuation and narrative writing skills in US English
Up-to-date knowledge of podcast trends, industry conventions and pop culture, especially for mainstream and Gen Z audiences
Strong research skills for verifying facts and references with reliable sources
Ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences; the role includes a grammar and subject knowledge assessment
