You'll work on campaigns that blend storytelling and strategy—supporting integrated initiatives with exposure to both digital and offline channels. This is your chance to learn how data, creativity, and innovation connect audiences to the magic of Disney.What You'll Do:Support the development and execution of media plans across digital and traditional channelsAssist in audience research and data gathering to inform smart, insight-driven strategiesMaintain planning documents, campaign trackers, and budget reportsCollaborate with internal teams on creative, activation and analyticsPull campaign data and help identify key learnings and optimization opportunitiesMonitor budgets, billing and vendor deliverables to keep everything running smoothlyStay up-to-date on media trends, platform updates, and emerging toolsYou Bring:Bachelor's degree or relevant experiencePassion for media, marketing or entertainmentComfortable in Excel and PowerPoint or Keynote; bonus points for research or analytics toolsStrong communicator (written and verbal)Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environmentsProactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinkingYou'll be a part of a collaborative, future-focused team shaping how media connects audiences to the world's biggest stories.
