Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Operations:
- Oversee leasing, maintenance, compliance, and resident relations
- Conduct regular property inspections and lead preventive maintenance planning
- Develop and enforce operational procedures for high-efficiency performance
- Serve as the go-to person for all resident concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution
- Build strong relationships to promote resident satisfaction and retention
- Implement programs that foster a sense of community
- Prepare and manage budgets aligned with property goals
- Monitor rent collections, lease renewals, and delinquencies
- Analyze financials and take corrective actions to improve profitability
- Set performance expectations, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations
- Track KPIs for operational success, resident experience, and financial health
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on integrity and results
- Lead by example to deliver best-in-class service
- Identify opportunities to elevate the resident experience
- Empower your team to exceed expectations and build community pride
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in property or community management (multifamily preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy; proficient in property management and financial software
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing, and regulatory requirements
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
