You'll conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to unveil user needs and translate these findings into practical product strategy recommendations. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will influence product designs and strategic direction through comprehensive user insights. Key Responsibilities: Lead research initiatives to understand employee needs, motivations, and challenges, and translate this knowledge into actionable insights for product design. Design and implement various research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and data analysis, integrating results into the product development lifecycle. Synthesize research findings into compelling narratives to guide product team decisions and strategy alignment. Mentor team members in research methodologies, advocating for user-centric approaches across the organization. Establish and maintain scalable research frameworks to ensure consistency and impact across all product teams.
