Selectek is searching for a Mechanical Designer with a background in HVAC and Plumbing design located in Birmingham, AL area. Requirements: Design facility HVAC & Plumbing Systems for commercial /healthcare buildings. Perform Calculation and studies for sizing HVAC Systems and Sizing plumbing systems  Design and layout water and drainage systems piping and isometric diagrams Design the HVAC Ductwork and hydronic system piping and isometric diagrams Revit experience a must 3+ years of Designing HVAC and Plumbing Knowledge of all NEC Codes Sponsorship: No Salary range:  $60,000 -$75,000 annual salary Term of assignment: Direct hire Location of job:  Bessemer, AL Hours & Shift:  8AM – 5PM CST Work from home/remote: No Travel: None Work Attire: Business Casual Does the client require a background check?
