KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute strategies as related to business development and marketing alongside key stakeholders Research, develop and manage on-point visibility opportunities (client engagement, sponsorship opportunities and seminars) Maintain data in the Firm’s CRM database Produce client-facing proposal materials, responses to RFPs and client presentations Conduct online and database research Prepare intelligence reports on clients, qualified prospects, competitors and industries of interest Develop clear and concise messaging and content for pitches, attorney resumes, survey submissions and directory submissions Collaborate and work closely with the Global Business Development team Promote firm brand internally and externally through intranet site and external social media initiatives REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years of relevant marketing or business development experience in a law firm or professional services environment Experience with CRM/database software, such as: InterAction, Salesforce, ContentPilot, etc. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required Excellent communication and attention to detail Excellent client service orientation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
