Marketing Associate
Leading real estate firm has a great opportunity for a take charge person to work as a Marketing Associate. You must be a self-starter and have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a marketing-related capacity. Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for select agents that come through the general marketing inbox for creative requests. In addition, you may manage a small book of on-going agent business in support of the broader marketing team members managing some the busiest offices across Manhattan. Get involved in multiple aspects of the business, with a focus on accountability and follow-through for the implementation and support of agent marketing requests. The role will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with the entire marketing team on diverse, high-impact projects while learning the ins and outs of management, strategy, and growth first-hand, at full speed. You will be responsible for a high volume of day-to-day communications with real estate agents. Candidate must be detail oriented, technologically savvy, a creative thinker and have the ability to prioritize and manage a large workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Requires experience multi-tasking, managing independent projects and working well with a team. Strong written/verbal communication, organizational and customer service skills a must. A passion for digital tools and the ability to learn and train others on marketing platforms is necessary. Proficient in Microsoft office suite required. Knowledge or interest of NYC real estate necessary. Experience with a luxury brand either via an internship or previous job is desired.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as the day-to-day point of contact for answering miscellaneous marketing questions, mainly through a marketing inbox that agents will use for marketing requests.
- Coordinates, provides strategy and at times, copy suggestions and manages select marketing projects for agents.
- Some projects will be managed on your own, while others you will report into a Marketing Manager to complete.
- Communicates with agents to ensure all their real estate marketing needs are being met and proactively offers support.
- Liaison with the company's design team and agents to communicate and coordinate the delivery of creative projects and all associated materials.
- At times, you will need to liaise with Office Sales Managers and cross-organizational departments such as PR, IT and Advertising to continuously improve the agent experience.
- Serves as a marketing platform expert, providing individualized training and education for agents as well as answering questions on proprietary advertising and CRM software.
Qualification Standards:
- 1-2 year of marketing experience, preferably in a fast paced, client focused setting.
- Must be client-service oriented. Highly motivated and self-directed.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adept project manager; impeccable time management and prioritization skills.
- Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills, ability to build and manage relationships, and enjoy relationship building.
- Proven ability to work through conflict, build trust, and influence outcomes through outstanding interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Possess management, communication, presentation and consensus-building skills.
- Strong technical and digital skills with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude towards providing guidance on optimizing templates and advising on platform capabilities and nuances.
This position is full-time in the corporate office New York City; hybrid in-office and WFH.
Salary: 55-65K + great benefits including 401K.
