Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management
  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create and schedule posts, stories, and videos highlighting promotions, new arrivals, and community involvement.
  • Engage with customers online by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
  • Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content and boost engagement.
Public Relations & Community Engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and community organizations.
  • Write and distribute press releases and media pitches for store events, promotions, and partnerships.
  • Plan and coordinate PR campaigns around store openings, special deals, and local sponsorships.
  • Represent Chillbox at community events and networking opportunities.
Marketing & Promotions
  • Collaborate with management on promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and giveaways.
  • Work with vendors and partners to highlight exclusive products and in-store events.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize impact.

Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in social media management, PR, marketing, or a related field (retail or convenience store experience is a plus!).
Creativity: Ability to create eye-catching content that resonates with our audience.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Later), and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe).
Communication Skills: Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Community-Oriented: Passion for engaging with local customers and businesses.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to track performance and adjust marketing strategies based on data.
