divh2Broadcast Engineer/h2pJob Category: Broadcasting - Technical/ppRequisition Number: BROAD001233/ppFull-Time/ppOn-site/ppBoca Raton, FL 33487, USA/ph2Job Details/h2h3Description/h3pCore Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliPerform preventive and routine maintenance on all systems in the Boca Raton facility./liliPlan and execute software updates on equipment./liliDesign, test, and integrate equipment./liliMaintain documentation./liliAssist Operations and Production in assessing improvements./liliAssist Operations and Production with technical responsibilities, for example, camera shading, level setting, Intercom programming./liliCoordinate with Networking and IT on service requests as requested./liliMonitor HVAC and Power, and alert vendors of critical issues./liliPerform configuration changes and test in preparation for Special Events./liliWork with Technical managers on performing preparations of Studio, and Control Room for Production, including checking operation of lights, camera, mics, IFB./liliMaintain facility compliance with standard Broadcasting Practices and standards./li/ulpPosition Requirements:/pulliBachelors degree preferred but not required./liliThree (3) or more years of Broadcasting experience in a Live news operation or equivalent event driven environment./liliProven knowledge of Broadcasting Audio and Video standards./liliProven knowledge of A/V and networking signal flow./liliExperience with Dante, SDI, NDI, Networking, ENPS and OnCue Prompters./liliExperience in the setup of Newtek TriCaster, Berringer Wing, conventional Analog Audio Gear./liliExperience with Clearcom Eclipse a plus./liliExperience and knowledge of Multimedia file format and CODECs./liliAbility to maintain composure during high stress situations, required./liliFlexibility in scheduling; occasional evenings and weekends will be required./liliAvailability to work holidays./li/ulpNO AGENCIES!/ppEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
