$45.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Title - User Experience Designer

Duration - 12 months

Location - Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cybersecurity and technology teams to determine business needs, then translating them into engaging and simple design solutions.
• Lead design workshops to connect and build alignment across partner teams.
• Work in a rapidly changing environment and proactively recommend design solutions based on research and analysis.
• Create wireframes and mock-ups resulting in creation of bare minimum to detailed, realistic, and interactive prototypes.
• Demonstrate familiarity with design tools (ex. Adobe Products, Sketch, Figma) to deliver concepts and enable successful collaboration across teams framing problems, determining insights, and defining visual designs to serve customer needs.
• Design within existing and create new standards to contribute to the team’s internal design framework, best practices, and guidelines.
• Work with partners and teams across various geographies.
• Must have prior design experience at a big bank.
