Job description:

• Provide assistance via phone, email or chat
• Deliver technical support for the streaming company
• Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently
• Handle and process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Serve B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second line support
• Deal with outbound calls for administrative tasks e.g., gathering feedback or late payment calls and similar

Requirements:

• Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience
• Fluency in Finnish (C1 level) and English (B2)
• Administrative and technical knowledge
• Outstanding communication skills and good listener
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service
• Willingness to perform soft selling and upselling
• Availability to work 5 days out of 7 with 8.5 hours long shifts per day (including breaks), between: Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00
