Job Responsibilities:

1. Take ownership of design projects.
2. In order of priority- Design Facebook/Google Ads, Landing pages, Email and Web pages.
3. Develop and maintain consistent branding.
4. Collaborate with UX, marketing, engineering, and other teams.
5. Utilize data and analytics in making design decisions.
6. Work with front-end web developers to deploy designs.
7. Work closely with clients to determine website specifications and collaborate on its overall design and aesthetic.

Qualifications/Skills:

1. Proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals.
2. Clear understanding between demands and needs of an ecommerce vs lead gen business model.
3. Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch.
4. Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography.
5. Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats.
6. Awareness of UI/UX principles is a plus.
7. Familiarity with digital photo editing.
8. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google G Suite Apps.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
11. Work with copywriters to produce a final design.

Education and Experience Requirements:

1. REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
2. REQUIRED: More than two years of professional design experience.
3. Portfolio of strong creative work.
4. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
5. Social media and email marketing experience a plus.
