About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Sr. UX Designer to join our innovative team. As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences that delight our customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and visually appealing digital products.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading/facilitating design sessions with executive stakeholders, as well as product and engineering.
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts to inform design decisions.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize the user experience.
- Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs.
- Stay up to date with the latest UX trends and technologies.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer.
- Experience in the Gaming Industry.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- A passion for creating beautiful and functional user experiences.
Compensation and Benefits:
Minimum Compensation: USD 42,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 147,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and good faith estimate for the role.
