About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales to lead a team of Senior Managing Directors in acquiring, managing, and growing key client relationships. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner across the go-to-market organization, ensuring data, pipeline, and forecast accuracy to meet business targets. This role involves leading and inspiring the team to exceed revenue quotas, coaching on sales strategies, and working closely with the Enablement team to implement sales methodologies. The RVP will also be responsible for maintaining accurate opportunity data in the CRM, advancing deals, and retaining and growing revenue with clients. Candidates for the RVP position should have a proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets, with a strong emphasis on high emotional intelligence and the ability to coach and inspire talent. The role requires a leader with a history of sales success, including the ability to break into new business and a commitment to excellence in communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. The RVP will be expected to be hands-on, working with the team on the front lines to close deals and deepen client relationships. This is a hybrid role, with a combination of remote work and in-office presence in New York City.
