You'll leverage your AutoCAD expertise to provide crucial design support to our engineers, crafting foundation layouts, steel details, assembly drawings, and more. What You'll Do: Utilize AutoCAD 3D to develop and refine designs. Draft and revise detailed and assembly drawings. Ensure final drawings meet specifications, including dimensions, materials, and component relationships. Create initial equipment layouts and perform calculations. Apply your knowledge of foundations, structural systems, and engineering principles to complete accurate drawings. Draft detailed multi-view drawings for concrete and steel support systems Demonstrate familiarity with foundation design (spread footers, piles, etc.) and structural steel design (connections, equipment supports, etc.) Translate sketches into finished drawings. Organize and maintain a system for project files. What We're Looking For: Associate degree (or equivalent) in a related field, OR 6 months to 1 year of experience, OR a combination of education and experience Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D Solid understanding of foundation design and structural steel design The Perks: Competitive pay rate: $34 - $41 per hour (W2) Opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
