Project Manager, HealthyWomen

HealthyWomen is hiring a PT, 20.0 hrs a week Project Manager (PM)  to oversee the coordination and adminstration of all aspects  of an ongoing program including planning, staffing, leading and controlling program activities. He/She is a client-facing member of the team who is responsible for timeline management and execution. The PM is the main point-of-contact for all of HealthyWomen’s funded programs—initiating kickoff calls, tracking deliverables, and compiling results reports. The PM also plays a strategic role in tracking digital initiatives tied to site growth.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point-of-contact for funded programs
-Plans the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization
- Create deliverables lists and timelines for funded programs
- Organize and host internal calls ro review funded program deliverables with core HW team
- Organize and host funded program kickoff calls with funder-representative agencies and core HW team
- Track funded program deliverables via PM software Asana, assigning tasks to to core HW team
- Develops bi-weekly report for accountants for invoice generation and or tracking  against funded programs
- Develop program results reports during 30-60-and-90-day intervals during funded programs
- Liaise with Director of Communications and Business Development for any potential program extension tactics and agreement/proposal development
- Assist the digital team in managing editorial calendars and SEO-driven deliverables
- Assist the media team in partnership outreach and tracking
- Assist the Director of Communications with internal communications emails
- Assist in the creation of ppt materials for internal presentations

Project Manager Requirements
- At least 5 years experience as a project manager at a web-based agency, background in health/wellness a plus
- Knowledge of project management tracking software Asana
- Familiarity with Go-To Meeting
- Well versed in ppt, excel, and google docs
- Ability to work remotely with use of your own computer and phone
- East coast time zone preferred
- Travel up to 25%

Skills preferred
General knowledge of web-based technical disciplines including infrastructure a plus. This would include migration of servers, administration, troubleshooting and support of server operating systems/services; storage and database 

  • ​Technical/web-based background preferred
  • Infrastructure and database experience
  • Familiarity with AWS a plus
