Department Summary

The B2B sales team is responsible for driving revenue growth for the B2B portfolio of brands.

Job Summary & Purpose

Sales Operations exists to drive revenue growth through strategic business analysis, effective media planning and devoted operational oversight. The Client Services Manager will oversee delivery of advertising campaigns and creative solutions for our customers and support the sales team to generate responses to client proposals. Once business is won, the Client Services Manager will expedite the delivery of the order from booking to invoicing.

Key role responsibilities

Key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Daily task management for the sales team
  • Weekly sales team performance reporting
  • Work closely in partnership with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to develop responses to client proposals
  • Match the client RFP to our ad products and audience segments
  • Build media plans for campaigns
  • Manage orders using Netsuite and Google DSM / DFP
  • Coordinate operations with clients such as gathering collateral and tags for advertising campaigns

Essential skills and experience

  • Must have at least 1-2 years experience in online advertising
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint skills essential
  • G Suite experience a plus
  • Understanding and knowledge of using CRM and/or booking systems (Netsuite or similar)
  • Ability to work in partnership with other departmental team leads
  • Excellent customer services skills a must
  • Demonstrable experience of effectively managing priorities and workloads and successfully reporting on these on a frequent basis to the departmental head.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident and comfortable working to tight deadlines, under pressure and on multiple work priorities
  • Attention to detail is paramount
  • Demonstrable experience of digital marketing or advertising
  • Keen interest and/or experience of sales or commercial operations
  • Able to keep multiple stakeholders informed and updated of campaign progress; able to articulate key milestones and dependencies
  • Working knowledge of media agencies
  • Ability to deliver confidently within a project framework / structure
  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
