As the
AVP,
Creative Director, Design
at Moore, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing fundraising strategies across omnichannel platforms. Our Ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit omnichannel direct response with a winning foundation in direct mail. In the client-facing role you will develop creative strategy and concepts, pitch to clients, supervise designers, execute integrated campaigns, and advise various internal and external partners through creative audits and collaboration.
Depending on experience, this role can be a CD.

Conceptualize and oversee the execution of integrated omnichannel campaigns that effectively reach and resonate with our diverse audience.Collaborate with creative teams to develop breakthrough ideas that are driven by insight, founded on strategy, and align with our client's goals.Concept creative materials to support fundraising channel efforts.Manage and mentor a team of talented designers and other creative professionals.Infuse a deep understanding of nonprofit dynamics into all creative strategies, ensuring our fundraising is compelling and resonates with our supporters.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to ensure our campaigns remain cutting-edge and effective.Your Profile:
Minimum of 10 years' experience as a AVP, CD or in a similar creative leadership role in direct response marketing, primarily direct mail.5-8 years' experience managing a team.Bachelor's degree.Portfolio required, showcasing successful omnichannel campaigns.Background in nonprofit or cause-driven organizations.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.Strength in Adobe Suite applications, PowerPoint, and Excel.How We'll Support you:
