What You'll Do
- Contribute to the development of campaign creative strategy, using learnings from previous campaign results as well as inputs from boundary partners and key agencies
- Communicate creative strategy and approach and translates into a project plan to be shared with boundary partners
- Help to develop and execute campaigns, programs and promotions to drive customer acquisition, retention, brand and education - includes email, direct mail, TV, print, radio, outdoor, streaming video, digital display and social media
- Coordinate and manage tactical planning with marketing strategy teams, sales, retention, legal/regulatory, media, social, retail, digital, multicultural marketing and other internal clients as necessary
- Gather, review and consolidate campaign feedback for English and Spanish deliverables and communicate to agency according to predetermined timelines. Confirm feedback is based on initial project plan
- Ensure accuracy of brand guidelines, product functionality, legal feedback, offer info and regional nuances are adhered to in all creative outputs
- Serve as advisor on Hispanic Market cultural insights and ensure creative is situationally and culturally relevant and accurate
- Maintain updated product, tier and feature messaging in partnership with product team
- Track project budget to ensure cost effectiveness and provide regular updates to budget holders.
- Attend regular status meetings with agency and project partners
- Develop, maintain and communicate campaign status to all project partners
- Identify ways to streamline and automate tasks to enable faster and more efficient campaign process
- Update and manage project management and execution tools & vendors (ex: Teams, Airtable, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Maintain creative shared site to include current creative output, legal and messaging priorities

Who You Are
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field.
- 3-5 or more years of marketing and campaign development experience
- Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven critical thinking, analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Ability to foster positive relationships with key stakeholders and work within a matrixed organization to execute projects
- Customer focused (both internal and external) and positive attitude
- Ability to manage time independently and juggle competing priorities
- Some travel required
Preferred
- Demonstrated ability to speak, write and proofread creative in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of HTML and/or Adobe Campaign or design programs a plus
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired (Marketing, Communications, Business)
USD 70,700.00 - 106,100.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $70,700.00 - $106,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
