Overview
The Marketing Manager I/II, Immunology Account Executive (IAE) Marketing, is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing IAE marketing plans and programs needed to support the IAE in-field team in implementing processes and protocols within Health Systems and large Group Practices that support the use of Immunology Brands and Patient Support Solutions. Work in a team-based environment to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and implementation of tactics to maximize brand sales, market share, and profitability. Internally, fosters positive working relationships with the sales force, market access, market research, sales training, regulatory, HEOR, marketing analytics, and other cross franchise marketing teams. Externally, works with various agencies and consultants, and key health system influencers, to successfully drive the business.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
Development and execution of high-impact marketing tactics that are innovative and executable to support Health System and Group Practice decision makers.
Requires the ability to provide in-depth insights based on product / market assessments, understand the changing healthcare landscape, and assimilate key stakeholder feedback in order to make strategic & tactical recommendations for optimal brand performance within key accounts.
Collaboration and partnership with internal cross functional stakeholders and external partners to ensure integration and consistency of business strategy alignment.
Close partnership and alignment required with Gastro to support brand priorities and indication launches.
Work with Market Access and Trade to understand the changing Healthcare Landscape and proactively identify potential health system opportunities and conceptualize solutions using creativity and innovation.
Effectively track and manage marketing budget for areas of responsibility. Consistently manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality work product in a timely fashion.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the strategic fronts for Gastro fully understanding the patient journey to deliver product solutions that align to Health System organizational goals.
Continually evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and recommend changes in strategy or tactics as appropriate.
Think innovatively regarding the application of new technologies and solutions and be prepared to apply market research, consulting, and other customer insights to inform decisions.
Proactively support the sales force through ongoing communications of marketing programs.
