We are searching for a junior ServiceNow developer/administrator to develop, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including designing, building, testing, and deploying custom solutions. Some of the key responsibilities of a ServiceNow developer and administrator may include:
Developing and Configuring ServiceNow: Design, build, test, and deploy custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including configuring workflows, forms, reports, and integrations with other systems.
Customization and Enhancement: Customize and enhance existing ServiceNow applications, including creating custom UI pages and scripts, integrating with third-party applications, and developing new modules and features.
Maintenance and Support: Ensure the ongoing maintenance and support of the ServiceNow platform, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, providing technical support to end-users, and performing upgrades and patches as needed.
Collaboration: Work with other teams within the organization to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs, including collaborating with the IT Service Desk team to develop and implement workflows and automations.
Documentation: Document the configuration and development of the ServiceNow platform, including creating technical specifications, user guides, and training materials for end-users.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that new solutions and enhancements are functioning properly and meet the organization's requirements.
Security and Compliance: Ensure that the ServiceNow platform is secure and compliant with industry standards, including managing access controls and permissions, and implementing appropriate security measures.
To be successful in this role, a ServiceNow developer/administrator should have a good technical background in ServiceNow development and administration. The individual should be able to work well under pressure, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and collaborate effectively with other teams and stakeholders within the organization. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate basic analytical skills, the ability to identify and solve problems quickly, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet the organization's needs. General experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting languages, as well as knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices, is also essential.

Possession of an associate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field; plus two years network and/or telecommunications experience; or a bachelor's degree in such fields.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
The appointee to this position will be required to complete a criminal background and driving record check to the satisfaction of the employer.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and experience with UI and CSS.
Basic experience developing custom applications to enhance the ServiceNow platform.
Basic knowledge of ITIL processes and problem-solving ability.
ServiceNow certification.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess the ability to lift boxes and equipment weighing up to fifty pounds. All duties performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
