Job Description:
Cox Media's Sales Operations team is responsible for providing operational support for Cox Media's Sales and Field organization. The Senior Manager Sales Operations develops processes, and initiates and leads activities that directly and indirectly support Sales and Field Leaders as well as front line Sales professionals. This support comes in the form of developing and delivering solutions that impact and align people, processes, and tools to generate revenue growth. The Senior Manager Sales Operations partners with sales, field, and corporate leaders to develop and implement new strategies and initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales organization. This role is also responsible for the oversight and maintenance of existing strategies and initiatives.
Key areas of focus include developing reporting and insights into the sales pipeline, bookings, key metrics, sales productivity, and goal attainment. Maintains and enhances tools and systems used during the sales process. Ensures practices are focused on enhancing the customer and seller experience. This position reports directly to the Director Sales Operations and works closely with the Group Vice President - Sales.

USD 106,700.00 - 177,900.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $106,700.00 - $177,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Responsibilities:
- Develops analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques to develop insights into sales performance, inform sales strategies, and measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Support the Group Vice President - Sales as needed.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and direction for the Sr. Analyst Sales Operations
- Partners with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional departments on strategic operational projects designed to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue.
- Responsible for reporting processes and data integrity, spanning bookings, sales pipelines, productivity metrics, and goal attainment. Including supporting systems and tools e.g. CRM
- Partners with Finance to establish annual key metric goals and develop the sales compensation plans.
- Partners with Sales leadership to provide process guidance and reporting to manage sales performance through annual Performance Goals and the Sales Performance Achievement Plan.
- Manages analytical and reporting development, output, and process improvement.
- Works cross functionally to identify the needs of the Field and Sales organization.
- Develops strategies that support sales efforts, and shares/implements best practices.
Skills & Knowledge:

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of Sales Operations or similar experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year management experience desired.
- Minimum 1 year of Senior Leader support desired.
