This is a part-time position.In this role, you will provide administrative assistance to a team of Creator Social & Affiliate Strategists to enable smooth and effective processes for our creator clients. This is not a client-facing role.A successful candidate will exhibit strong communication and time-management skills. They will also be nimble and organized in their tasks, which directly impact client service processes.ResponsibilitiesExecution tasks for creators’ custom social & affiliate strategies will include, but not be limited to:
Product link sourcing for social & affiliate platform postsAffiliate storefront coordinationUpdate retailer sheet daily with new sales, product launches, and promotions
Handle sensitive client information with care and security with all business practicesRemain up to date with client preferences, industry trends, and retailer product launches and promotionsEnsure data entry accuracy in Asana, our company-wide project management toolAssist in planning and executing company-owned social media strategyCommunicate quickly and efficiently via Microsoft Teams and/or text messageDemonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to take on other responsibilities and opportunities as they arise, understanding that the business is always evolvingBe a team player who displays a positive, professional attitude and works well with others to achieve team goals!RequirementsWorking in-office at either our Houston or Nashville location - This is not a remote roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsExpert attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExperience working in a deadline-driven environment with proven organizational and time management skillsExperience in using the following technologies is preferred:
